Service case PROFIPLUS - Repair case for damage in sanitaryware, natural stone and artificial stone types
This Beltraco high-tech professional repair kit has been specially developed for the durable repair of damage to sanitary ware, natural stone and mineral composite. With this kit, you can easily and permanently repair holes, cracks (not suitable for hairline cracks), chips and broken pieces in materials such as:
- Acrylic
- Ceramic
- Enamel
- Porcelain
- Wall and floor tiles
- Granite
- Marble
- Natural stone
- Mineral composite
The size and depth of the damage are irrelevant.
Contents of the repair kit
Beltraco supplies this repair kit with two types of filler, each with unique properties:
1. Light-curing filler (LCA)
Contents: 2 grams
- Cures with a blue light LED curing lamp
- UV-resistant and virtually immune to discolouration
- Non-toxic and resistant to household cleaners
- Safe for use in areas where food is prepared
- Suitable for damage up to 3 cm
- Can be polished to a shine/high gloss
- Not suitable for hairline cracks and through-and-through holes
2. Dual-cure filling material with nano-particles (DCR)
- Available in 8g and 60g
- Dual-cure technology: a chemically/self-curing (two-component) filling material that can also be cured using a cordless LED lamp (LCA technology).
- Nano particles ensure a finer texture and easier polishing
- Faster curing with blue light
- More colour-fast than standard fillers
- Can be polished to a high gloss
- Not suitable for hairline cracks
